Just got this from a thrift store recently and I've been asking around various milk glass collector groups and but haven't had any luck finding help with identification for this vase. Figured I'd ask here to see if anyone knew :)

It has what they call a "ring of fire" when put up the light, which I think means it's genuinely older(?). It also rings like a bell when tapped with a knuckle (potential lead content, I think?) and has no ID mark anywhere. I haven't had any luck when searching for it myself either. The glass is smooth and semi-opaque.

I'll add more pictures later, didn't have time to take other pics.

Hmm, interesting. I looked into Westmoreland, but I didn't see anything like this so far. But I now see another vase from them that has a similar square foot base style, on ebay, so maybe?

Stem is not close enough to support that ID. Shape is a factor in ring some do very nicely without any lead.

Yeah, I can see a bit better now that it isn't really close, I guess at the time it seemed like the "closest"-ish I could find so far  At least it's a learning process :D

And I'll keep that in mind, I don't know much about milk glass but saw some people mention in some of the collector groups mention that a ring could mean lead, so I wasn't 100% sure. Thanks for the info!
