HELP WITH ARTIST NAME ON ACRYLIC PAINTING

Can anyone make out the artist name on this painting? I see W. Hubler?
It was done on board.
Also, it has a address label/sticker on the back with an address for a neighborhood in Ft Lauderdale that is all very expensive ocean front condos - so I was hoping it was by a known artist(!)

You would think that some of these artists that we scratch our heads over daily would be more proficient at writing their own names legibly.

Well, the "acrilic" helps as in English it should be "acrylic" but in Spanish it would be "acrilico." Just the kind of mistake a non-English speaker would make. Possible an artist of Latin American origin.

I wonder if it is actually Hubler or Hublen with that little dot just being the flourish on the H that skipped on a bump.

 

Miami skyline it appears as well. Would make sense since you are from Florida. Most likely a local artist who never got well known.
