    Try keywords:
    jeweled Moroccan brass
    with different combinations of:
    lamp, hanging lamp, chandelier,
    cut work, openwork, etc.

    No, not sure. :joyful: I guess those numbers could be a part number or mold number or patent.

    Are the 'jewels' glass or plastic?

    I'm seeing some similar being described as Victorian now that I've snooped the internet a little longer.

    It could turn out to be the part you have is just "based on" middle eastern design.

    EDIT: I had meant to point out that the prongs for the jewels are on the inside of the lamp pictured above. Same as yours.
