Royal Delft identification letter?

    Dear All
    I have a nice lobed iconic fruit bowl from Royal Delft. I can identify the date letters and maker ...
    AX date letters for 1928.
    Painter’s initials: VK = Antonius Johannes van Kampenhout
    Employment dates : 1892 - 1942. He was considered one of the finest painters at the DE PORCELEYNE FLES factory.

    ...but there are other marks i am unfamilair with...
    1. The “A” at the top of the delft mark
    2. Impresssed marks D and xii
    Can anyone help? Thanks a lot in anticipation of your help!
