Iggy and Alice I love my twin!

I just picked this up at an estate sale simply because I thought it was beautiful. I can't find it in my limited k.nowledge searches and thought maybe someone here could help. The only mark on it is Kyoto and I believe these are chrysanthemums. It's in absolutely perfect condition. Measures 8" square. I'm looking for any info about it and a value to it.
