    Beautiful Persian lidded bowl, Branka.:) I agree with Holly, it looks like tinned brass, which means there wouldn't be a fineness mark.

    At least 19th century imo, Qajar dynasty.:)

    I agree, and certainly a beauty. In general the Persians favoured copper, but they used brass as well. Copper was often tinned, and as you can see, brass was tinned too sometimes.
