Older Bible - When do you think it was published?

    Here is an old bible that belonged to my grandpa. It is called the "Ruby Reference Bible". The very first page appears to be missing. Would like to know publishing date.     I've examined my share of old bibles. If the publishing page is gone, then judging by the typeface my best estimate is 1850 to 1880. Abe books says 1869.
    There could be several editions, yours looks like the deluxe printing!

    The pencil mark looks like it says 7ED or seventh edition?
