I have a lithograph I can't make out the signature

I found this lithograph today and unfortunately I could not figure out the signature, does anyone recognize the artist? any help you can provide on either the signature, the artist, or the name of the work would be greatly appreciated!

 

Rosemarie Holm (or Halm.)

 

The title just looks like City - and the info on the lower right side is "Artist's Proof."

BTW, this is a print, but does not look like a lithograph to me. It really would be nice to see a picture of the work without all that reflection on the glass.

 

That was perfect to piece the puzzle together (I think). I think it's Rosemarie Hahn, a listed artist. Now to see if it has any value!

 

Excellent! Now that you say Hahn, I can see that too.

 

It makes even more sense, her obituary says she passed away near where I live. It was the first time I saw an artist proof print so I figured I'd gamble.

 

Looks like etching/aquatint to me.

 

Good to know, Moreother. With the minimal look at the artwork itself, it was tough for me to say.

 

It looks like it could be a mono print. It is difficult to tell from these photographs but the lines do not seem etched.
