Help identifying language on small dish?

    Hello all,I have a small dish that has some writing on back that I can't recognize and was hoping that someone may recognize it. It is a blue and white plate with what's seems like a gold rim,very fine detail. It measures 4 5/8" across and is an inch deep. I've tried to use Google translate and it doesn't seem to do all that well. If someone recognizes it would you reply. Thank you
