Thank you! I’ve now got them both labeled as Agate, generic Moss (The mostly green, red, clear colourway, definitely not Jade) and Dendritic (the milky and black-ish green colourway).

I think those bits in your pen lot are for rug hooking.
    That's what I was thinking.

Couldn't pass for a buck. Korean brass. Probably '60s or 70's. Seems the '1757' was stamped on a bunch of different stuff. hb 004.JPG hb 001.JPG hb 002.JPG

That jug says Hudson Bay and is engraved with a beaver. Our Canadian contingent would be all over that.

I finally found a church sale today. No jewelry worth mentioning, but I got the silver (weighted) candlesticks! Add in some other bits from another sale and a trip to the pawn on the way home, and I paid $3 for everything I bought. Not counting a tank of gas. The clothes and purses are mostly headed to the consignment store.

Some of my finds today. The jug and soda crate were from an auction and the Pyrex was from Goodwill. Yes I was shocked that Goodwill didn't price it sky high, it wasn't bargain priced but it was reasonably priced so I purchased it. First thing I have found in that store for over a year that I wanted and wasn't priced unreasonably high.

I don't think this Skirk guy thought about how hard it would be to polish his $2 silverplate plate.

Went to a small vide grenier today. First buys for months. Bought 2 pieces of silver decorated glass signed HEM for Michel Herman a decorator in Paris in the 1930's. He may have imported glass from czchoslovakia. 30 euros the 2 pieces, well pleased. Photos to follow.A black sheepskin coat, almost new. It must have been very expensive when bought new,5 euros. Horn necklace, little canton box.
