Old or New?

    I was going to leave this to the junk clean out guy but for some reason I suspect it *might* be nicer than I thought at first glance. What say you, good people? No marks or stickers that I can see.

    They're all over the place in terms of asking prices but they do seem to have value to collectors.

    I remember that they carried these in the early 1990's in a DC area Chinese import store I used to frequent. I thought they were rather sweet, but I never bought one.
