Featured Hygieia bust?

    I was wondering if this bust is supposed to represent Hygieia? I found others that looked similar. Also I'm having trouble with what it says on the back. The only thing I can read is "hand made in greece" other than that I can't tell what the rest says. Thank you for any information!

    Think below 'Made in Greece' it says something along the lines of made in Greece, in Greek. Above, 'Dodona'? Could be maker.

    Yeah I cant figure it out either. It could be a maker name.
