Featured I need info/potential value of this watch

If the watch is gold plated, there is no scrap value. If the red stones were rubies, the size would be ok to be taken out and used for jewellery. But these are pretty damaged, so would need extra work on them, and I don't think they are real.
The watch is a pretty cocktail watch, that is it.

Af, So, sorry.....I can't quite read what it says on top, and thought the rest was pretty legible. However will remember that in the future!!!! Consider my wrist slapped..

 

Okay on the first photo it says ROLLED GOLD

And that tiny writting you noticed,its almost imposible to read. I got x10 lense and still Im having hard time to see what it says. The writting is a bit damaged but I will make a guess. It says something like:

PLAGUE(maybe something more)
number 10 and a seal or a drawing of something houselike?

 

Plaque d'or, gold plated ;10 =10 microns, (pretty thin)
Stainless steel back always means a gold plated watch.

 

Stainless backs don't always mean a gold plated watch. Hamilton made a few men's watches with stainless backs and 10k solid gold bezels. However yours is gold plated.
