Is this a mark or just scratches?

    Copper lustreware, late 19th, Staffordshire.

    As OwnedbyBear says. This type of ware is generally unmarked.

    @laura9797 @Ownedbybear @John Brassey -- thank y'all so much!! I had not heard of lusterware!! So it's not actually a stamp on the bottom. Thanks!! I will quit trying to go blind trying to focus on it
