What are these Pendants?

    One is .5" and second one is .25". Appears to be glass with something inside, what I don't know. I did not find any markings. I'm wondering where did all my chains go.     Apparently hard to photograph. If they are small glass orbs with a tiny object sealed inside, yes, possibly a mustard seed, a symbol of growth and faith.
