Iridescent cased glass vase - who dunnit?

Kinda different than I've run into before - that doesn't mean much since I'm still a novice at this Iridescent - also has some purple/bluish filamenty structure in it that you can see in direct light, but not like in diffuse room light (see picture 2). White glass layer on the interior. 7" tall, mouth is about 4" across. Weighs 34oz - just under a kilo.
