    Hi All
can anyone shed light on the signature of this watercolour?
I could make "Benoit" in the middle but no further..the second photo shows a closeup of the signature.
    thanks in advance!

Either CM or CW Benoit - and possibly Jr at the end

I agree with Bakers on CM or CW. I'm not seeing junior. What is written on the lower right?

This was painted in Europe, I know the place, just can't remember where.
CM Benoit and something. Europeans don't add junior or a number to their names, so it is probably something else.

    Hi,
    Great Painting, colors and condition.
Çonsidering the artist's name, it could be French.
The detail of the painting is exemplary,
    Good Luck.

That's why I know it, it is in Aveyron. So many beautiful towns in Europe, not that I'm complaining.:)

    Anyone remember Giscard d'Estaing?

It looks like street art. We buy at least one piece of street art whenever we travel. Some of it is quite good.
