Old or fake old? Hand painted serving bowl

    I picked this up thinking it was older. I peeled the sticker price to reveal a partial barcode. I don’t know if the barcode was an original sticker or not. It leaves me questioning the age. The colorful details appear to be hand painted. Another of the details that made me think it had some age. Would the raised dots be considered optical illusion glass? Approx 10 3/4” in diameter.
    Any help is very much appreciated
