CLE Hallmark with an Anchor

    HI, I was wondering if anyone new this Hallmark, I have done a little research but can only find Claus Lykke Nielson as a possible, if you have any ideas, please let me know. thank you :)

    Yes the hallmark to the right is the Anchor, so its most probably
