WMF Crystal Decanter

    If not wrong, the mark was used 1910-1920.
    So, WMF made the silver part, did they make the glass also?
    I have not cleaned it on the inside so not sure if the frost is part of the decoration?

    That's not intentionally frosted. It's not controlled. Hopefully you can clean it, but if it's sick glass it kills any value. You can get away with some, but not that much.
