Tin? bank Chinese immortal, marked. Help ID please

    he is about 5 1/2" tall. Painted black or dark gray. The stamped mark on the bottom SA inside a diamond made of arrows.
    I've been searching but nothing so far. Any and all help appreciated.

    Japanese, you see that logo on other Japanese metal things usually boxes.
