Featured Hand fan - are they any people who collect these any more?

    They were both used in the 19th century, and they are worth more than the souvenir ones.
    Unfortunately they have condition issues, which affects any value, but no repairs or breaks as far as I can see. They are not highly collectible, but a novice collector could be interested, and they can re-ribbon and re-string them.
