    Hi, Folks-
Can anyone please help to identify the time period this Blenko vase was made? Height is about 10-1/2". No identifying marks save for that paper label which looks black but is actually silver. The former owners remember having paid $100 for it. Do you Blenko scholars know which designer was associated with this type of decoration? Thanks for any and all input. To help narrow it down, that label was used 1982-1999 according to this site.

Block B Blenko Sticker - Used from 1982 to 1999. This label was designed by John Nickerson. The orange ball represents the hot glass ball on the end of the blow pipe. The line through the B is the pipe and the B is a mold. These stickers were also used until the supply was depleted. [IMG]

I think I might have found it in the 1997 catalog. It is shape #9719. The designer at that time was Matt Carter.

Thanks so much everone. We hadn't realized that every year's catalog for Blenko was pictured online and it was a revelation...and joy...to go there. We found that shape sold in 1997 and 1998 but the caption printing was too small for us to read. And thanks for the Matt Carter reference. Sure do appreciate it.
