Wheat Basket??

    Not sure what this is but someone selling locally for $50. Looks really cool but is it worth that much to buy/ resell?? Thank you for your opinion!

    It depends upon your area of the country, but I would not spend my fifty bucks on it. When I used to buy items for resale, if it was a really popular item, I would try not to spend more than 1/3 of the amount I thought I could resell it for. If I was unsure of the popularity of an item, I would shoot for 5-10x the resale value. By this method, I didn't spend a lot of money on unknown items.

    Looks like someone painted/repainted it to cover flaws.
    Way overpriced...

    Hi Patd! I was thinking someone over-zealously painted it, then some mice chewed on the edges of it while it was out in the shed! ;)

    This is a Chinese rice bucket. $50.00 seems high to me but some do sell in that range on ebay. The green paint does not help it.
