Help with red coral necklace

    Can anyone tell me if this looks like it may be dyed or not or even if its coral ? Cant outif the clasp is just scratched or if it it was marked .

    What's going on here where the bead looks like 2 colors? Please show a close up of that area.

    Looks like it's not coral. the beads are painted glass. I think the clasp says Sterling though, so my guess is a hobbyist made it using spare parts or busted jewelry.
