Featured AGE/INFO OF ART DECO(?) NUDE LADY TOBACCO PIPE STAND?

I don't think the piece has the quality to be older. I'd place it post-WWII.

Usually when you see one like this that looks like it was made from a mold of an earlier piece, the lines aren't crisp and the details are blurred it's newer.

 

That it is not steel.
It is non-ferrous.

I'm dismayed that the lovely appellation of "nymph" (as in a female "woods/forest sprite/spirit") has been tarnished, to my way of thinking, by some "recline on my couch and tell me why you do what you do" man who decided that the "disease" of an "insatiable" female would be called "nymphomania" and the female would be referred to as a "nymphomaniac."
