Need Help Identifying the Maker

    I have looked everywhere for French Limoges marks and I find some but cannot find this one. Can someone please help!

    It's not Limoges. It was decorated by Samson Ceramics. I don't recognize the shield mark but that identifies who produced the blank. Could we see a picture of the entire object?
