    I have a house in Biloxi, Mississippi. My husband and I walk the beach a lot. He is amazing at finding things. Since it is a man made beach, things was up after major hurricanes and storms.     If any one knows what this is, I'd be grateful to know. I think it is bisque. I'm not sure.

    Hope in a while one of our doll people will look in & give an opinion on whether it is a dolls head or a little decorative item. The photo of the bottom edge is not as close & clear as would be needed to make a guess at the material. Members are all over the globe, so give it time. :)

    It doesn't have holes in the base to attach to a body, but wdik, I'll page the experts @judy , @Christmasjoy .:)
