Does anyone know what this is and if it even goes together? The cup is 2 3/4" tall with a 2 1/4" base. The utensil is 6 1/4" long, pointed on one end with a bowl on the other. Thank you!! copperbrass.jpg

Very nice, wildrose. It is a puja cup and spoon, used in Hindu rituals. Puja or pooja is a ritual for spiritual cleansing and paying respect to a deity. Most Hindu homes and all temples would have a puja set.
