Recognize this mark? Bassa??? Ty

    I can’t make out the whole name. I’ve never seen it before. When I tried several variations it just kept showing capodimonte but nothing that looked like this word. It is their style but I’d like to figure out the name and age.
    Any help is very much appreciated
