    Hello everybody!

Is there anybody that knows his stuff about stamps?

Unfortunately this album is empty, but it's kind of old.
    And a very big book.

    Schwaneberger Kosmos Album.
    Year: 1921.
Edition: 1 out of 5 (Not sure which one)

I'd like to know what it might be worth.

I have googled, and couldn't find anything really.
I have found 1 book filled.

    And...
All 5 editions, completely or mostly filled; sold for a whopping $20.000.

    Wish it was full :p

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Just off the top of my head, I would think that stamps are what would add any value to the album. And your album appears to be in poor condition, from the photos you showed. I'm not knowledgeable about stamp albums, though!

No, that's exactly what I think.
Although the inside is in better condition.

    lloyd249 it's not hoarding if it's valuable

imo ,worthless without stamps, i have a few old books ,and old catalogs , worth very little at this time , but who knows what the future holds lol . DSC05913.JPG

Think this answers your question. And the set had added value just because it was a set, in addition to the value of the stamps. Do you need to raise your computer monitor a little? Just the thing to put under it.

Unfortunately, that's about the size of it. It's a Universal/worldwide stamp album but to call it tatty would be being polite. It's a wreck. Even the ones in good shape don't sell for much any more.
