Betty baker figure

    20201129_174753.jpg this has betty baker on bottom but my friend thinks its homemade. There is nothing like it I saw perusing betty bakers work. Anyone help me out what is it?

    Size would be helpful too. It sort of looks like a trinket dish that might be used to hold jewelry etc with the upheld arms for rings and the like but size might not be right.

    It also could easily be a lid to something.
