Green-ish glass vase - how old - where from?

The top rim and base both have some age wear - 6" high - about 4" wide at the widest. Weighs about 29 ounces. The groove pattern on the outside is deep and can be felt on the inside. The green color is heavier towards the top - and goes to almost clear at the base. Any ideas on origin/age?

    Thanks!

I’m pretty sure it’s Ingrid Glashütte, the texture would be “tree bark”.
