Help with Skeleton key ID (with cuirass depiction)

Just discovered the website and love it so far! I just recently got into metal detecting and with that history/antiques.

I recently found this interesting skeleton/master/passkey with a picture of a chest/breastplate. It doesn’t seem to have any markings or writing. I can’t imagine it is too old but I’m up for surprises.

Either way a super cool find and happy to have it. Thanks for all the help!

Looks like aluminum - does a magnet stick to it?

 

Neat key but it is not a skeleton key. Just a key for a warded lock. The skeleton key to pick this lock would not have the varying depth slots.

Just mentioning that in my experience, terminology and custom varies; in the US, a great many keys are referred to as skeleton keys, when in most countries they would not be so called.

is certainly a more precise description.
