Blenko, Pairpoint, Holmegaard or...

approx 7 1/2” in diameter I cannot find this bird. Is there a particular name for it? It’s hard to tell where this is from its thick and heavy. I didn’t even think it was a sun-catcher still I started looking. Any help is very much appreciated

I asume someone had free time on their hands and made it for fun.

 

I saw a red rooster one and it was exactly like this one. I just don’t know if that person was guessing at the maker or not

I have similar looking pieces from Anchor Hocking. Mine are smaller, about 3" across. I was told they are test slugs, I'm guessing the purpose was to see how well the glass will pick up the necessary detail in a pressed glass application. Yours seems large for any test purpose, but maybe...

 

It's a Scandi colour, but I've not seen a bird suncatcher like that.

 

I was surprised that it is a suncatcher as well All the searching I have done points to that part being correct
