    i got this statue today and i spent lot of time to find one like this on internet,
    can anyone help me to identify this????

    Hi abdel.
    Yes it is a figurine representing Qin Shi Huang/Huangdi, the first emperor of China, third century BC.

    No, just a nice figurine made for the tourist trade and export.
    If this had been third century BC Chinese, wow! But Chinese figurines from that period don't look like that. You may have heard of the terracotta army? That is Qin dynasty:
