Ditmar-Urbach Z Plate pottery

Hello...

So after researching this plate I have some info but a couple of questions if anyone knows..
Plate measures 9 1/8"
The International trademark of "Z" with wings was 1958 and ended 2008 owned by "Zavody"
Czechoslovakia pottery...

***The extra marking in red I'd like to find out about (XI.91?) CSFR
***I find similar with poppies but not this type, what is this flower?

Hello again..
This is from the 30's but can't figure out the signature on the red paint or why it's there?
I have been looking all over and can't find the pattern but close.
I tried searching the CSFR but can't read the initials? in between the XI'91?
Anyone have a clue on this?

 

I would guess it was a Dimar-Urbach blank, decorated by whoever did that other siggy. XI '91 = November 1991?

 

Czech and Slovak Federative Republic, name used 1990-92.
