Looks good enough to be Meissen except for the crossed swords, has marking but seems to run off into the unknown, any help will be greatly appreciated. Measures 8" across by 5-3/4"H good condition for its age. kpm1.jpg kpm2.jpg kpm1.jpg kpm2.jpg kpm3.jpg kpm4.jpg kpm5.jpg kpm6.jpg kpm7.jpg kpm8.jpg kpm9.jpg kpm10.jpg

    Not Meissen.

    Possibly Voigt, Sitzendorf.

Not saying this is yours (as I don't know) but worth knowing that these imported Japanese (and they say some could be Chinese) similar marks exist.

Here one can just make out the red 'M-' and the ending '0' of the item number (left hand side).

Nice clear marking showing the 'M-xxx' number in red.

Made in Japan; often claimed to be German Gebrüder Voigt (Sitzendorf, Thuringia) mark.

The mark on yours looks to be hand drawn and under glaze. I think that makes a difference.

I'm leaning towards Japanese. Those red printed numbers are typical of their marks and the quality seems Japanese. The decaled flower in the cart just doesn't work at all. Something about the color isn't right. The wheel isn't attached very well. I expect better out of the German firms listed.
