Sorry for the double post, don't know how that happened.

At least has anyone seen something similar?

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Is the metal tinted green, or is that just a trick of the camera?

IMG_3083.JPG IMG_3085.JPG IMG_3084.JPG IMG_3087.JPG It's brass color but don't know if solid or plated. It's not a heavy duty metal but more like thin sheet that has cracked on some places.

    Hi,
I am getting a Spanish vibe about the 1970s with these. I used to see a lot of chandeliers from Spain that looked like these.

They look cute, but they don't look that old. I've seen a LOT of antique candlesticks and the patina/shading/tarnishing (whatever!) on the brass just doesn't look right. I agree with Greg in that they're probably late 20th century.

Thanks for the replies. I don't think antique either but just can't find anything with similar design.
Gregslass, you've seen the same or identical design?

Nice. I love shiny brass, poor mans gold.

I remember reading a blog of an antiques collector once (this is some years ago), and he described brass as 'everyday, everyman's gold'.

    Hi,
My Mom used to call aluminium "Poor mans silver".
