    Shape makes me think fairly recent Japanese production; something I’d call “satsuma style.” The mark might be on gotheborg.com.

    Welcome hillbillyjunker! I agree with KentWhirled. The shape reminds me a beer mug. At least in US pottery, beer mug production was primarily in the years just before and just after prohibition (1920-1933).
