Clarification please

Need some clarification please, I found this watch on Etsy which is an 90s Vintage Lee Sarda Baltic Amber and Sterling Silver Watch Bracelet price $110.00. My question is I have what looks to be the exact same watch, although my stone has a little more marks, but it says made by Lee Sands. Is this 2 different designers? Etsy seller just needs better glasses in my opinion. Looks the same to me and the name is so close it is likely a case of said person glancing at it thinking they read it correctly IMHO when in reality they need to invest in a loupe.

 

It this the same watch in an old listing on QVC? I can't tell about the hinge on yours. Unfortunately, you can't see what it was selling for there.
