Aluminum Face Sculpture Signed and Dated

So I have this life size aluminum abstract? face sclpture and for the life of me I can' make out the name I'm seeing Coulter '76 anyone have a guess, maybe I'll get lucky and someone will recognize the work?

 

Your reading seems reasonable. Only the spot where there should be an L is splodgy & really hard to make out.

Me too couldn't pass it up, and for 5 bucks either! figured if nothing else it was worth that in aluminum!

 

I like it too but the pic of the sig is pretty blurry. Any chance of getting a clearer version?

 

Jakes, I don't know who the artist is, it kind of looks like student art to me. I just love it. Are you planning to put this up for sale? Let me know when / where..

 

I am, I bought it to list it, but wanted to find out more or if the artist was listed first. That would at least give me a starting point as far as price and description. But at this point I think I'm going to have to go off of other 70s aluminum art. I will most likely list it within the next week or so, if you want you can message me and I'll give you my sellers name and where I sell so I'm not breaking any forum rules
