Paperweight - can't read label?

    Does anyone here know paperweights? This one is crude and probably not worth anything, but it has the remains of a label which I can't read. I included the best pics I could. Hoping someone recognizes the company name based on what is left. Thanks!

    I think I see Japan and Reg & Patd. Can't read the importer name though. It's a Japanese take on a Murano weight. I searched for Japanese weights with foil labels but haven't had much success.

    I knew I recognized that label! The company is "Wales".

    It's probably Wales (the importer, not the country).
