Pottery Bowl Marked Mojolica N.C. Portugal

Anyone know who this is made by or maybe who N.C. is? I love the design but can' find any other info matching this...

 

What kind of flowers would you guys call these, I tried poppies but found nothing, other than that I wouldn't know what to try to possibly find something like this

Jake, this one has me stymied. I have a lot of Portuguese pottery, but nothing like your bowl. The only "NC" I could come up with was Nancy Calhoun, but that's actually a company, and the company's mark is way different.

If I come up with anything, I'll let you know!
