Maker ID help needed Green Refrigerator Dish

    Does anyone know the maker of this green depression glass lidded refrigerator dish, I haven't been able to pinpoint the manufacturer. It does fluoresce under ultraviolet light. I checked through the depression kitchenware books I have and tried to find the vertical two bar handle like this has on the lid but couldn't find it. Does anyone recognize it. Thanks in advance.
