    I don't recognise the mark or logo on the plate edge and there is only a number on the reverse.

    Those red numbers & letters usually are marks made to indicate the pattern or decorator. Are there any impressed marks by any chance?

    The wings make me think of airplanes. Any chance there were any WWII air corps units with what looks like a tiger for their logo?

    I agree with Tiger, there are no other marks.

    Nothing military I know, the only war planes I can think of are the Tiger Moths, but the wings shown are birds wings.

    Possibly heraldic porcelain from the 19th century.
