Help with Era and area of this Asian painting/Drawing

This little painting or drawing caught my eye and had to take it home. Not sure what country it is from. I think that is a yak?
It is 11" wide x 7 1/2" tall. on thick silk. I see no signature either.
Any help appreciated

Mongolia. Yes, a yak. Too bad one of the drivers has two left hands.

Poking around a bit more, I find it might belong to a style tradition called "zurag", which includes depictions of daily life.

No, although I would assume 2nd half of the 20th century. With the search term, you might be able to find other auction records or exhibitions with dated examples to compare.
