    I am going to be listing a few scarce Beswick figurines on Ebay in the next few days. If anyone would like to make any offers before I do so please contact me. I am located in Canada but I will be listing on Ebay.com

    I don't collect Beswick, but one of my favorite selling-stories is about the old Beswick cow (c. 1958) in Mom's china cabinet. She always told us it was valuable, though she'd originally bought it at the Goodwill for $5 or so. I found it in the Beswick Collector's Guide, book value $800.
    I crafted a very careful ebay listing, and sold it to a collector in the UK for $825.
