Abdel, I'm afraid I don't have a clue, but I'm sure there's someone here who will!
I've rotated a couple of your photos in order to see them better:

    Hi and welcome!

What does it do when you turn the crank or depress the pedal? Is it big?

I also think it looks like something shoe or general leather related.

Abdelbari has been on the forum for a while. It still says 'new member' because he doesn't post very often.
@say_it_slowly , ever since your new avatar picture I keep thinking you are a new member. I wanted to welcome you a couple of times.:hilarious:

Aw that is so sweet:D:hilarious:. This is actually the avatar I've used on Ebay for a long time and just thought I'd do a change up for here since I rarely go there anymore. I forgot how much I love this tiny, sassy jug:).

Dimensions? Wonder if OP knows this ID stuff is a bit of a two-way street.

    I noticed photos imprinted "olx"
Which comes up as india photo site. Maybe that's why delay in response?

I guess if you're just over 3" tall and make it 250+ years, even with repairs, you get the right to flaunt your fat little belly and short legs:D.

Thanks. It is an optical lens cutting machine. The similar one I posted above was made by American Optical Company. A member of the “Practical Machinist” forum figured it out for us.
