    Found these at local thrift store - any idea what they are/or for?

    Hum... Flute? Wouldn't take sellers word for it -- "vintage" because "it looks old" -- but might be a pito or whistle. They are made in barra negra although seems a bit big/unwieldy as you can see by comparing with attached examples. Of course, you can also give it a try; just pucker up and blow. ;)
